Studies on solutions and constructive trends of remote control and telemonitoring of an outdoor railway high voltage circuit breaker
The main objective of this article consists in studying solutions and constructive trends of the remote control and telemonitoring system of a 27.5 kV high voltage vacuum switching bipolar circuit breaker. The proposed study creates the premises for the design, development and testing in laboratory conditions of an experimental model of a remote control and telemonitoring system of an outdoor bipolar high voltage circuit breaker with vacuum switching (Un=27.5 kV, In=1250 A, Ik=25 kA). This equipment is intended for substations in the railway system and is used to supply 25 kV power lines. The proposed circuit breaker is a component of the 696PED/2022 experimental-demonstration project referred to remote control and telemonitoring of a high-voltage switch, with vacuum switching, for the railway system.
