Human Behavior, Recognition, and Interpretation System using Physiological Signals

Over the last decade, the study of human-computer interaction has significantly expanded in response to the population's needs, particularly in understanding human behavior. Much of this area's research exploits emotions from facial and speech information. However, emotions are not always manifested through facial and vocal communication. Instead, emotions are closely related to behavioral expression, which can be consciously controlled and modified, leading to subjective interpretation. Therefore, other approaches to emotion recognition have emerged, focusing on physiological information such as heart rate, brain electrical activity, galvanic skin response, s.o. This article introduces a system that detects and interprets behavioral patterns when a human subject is subjected to external stimuli through electroencephalographic signals.
